A basic condition for a successful purchase is the security of each buyer.
Our legal department provides the following services:
- Check of titles in the relevant Mortgage Office Cadastral Office, in order to ascertain that the property is free from encumbrances (mortgages, notes, foreclosures, claims, etc.) and that its titles are in full legal order.
- Legal advice on real estate tax and exemption from transfer tax for the purchase of a first home.
- Verification of the supporting documents submitted by the seller to the Notary.
- Second legal check at the relevant Mortgage Office Cadastral Office on the day of signing the final contract, in order to confirm that the image of the property remains the same.
